Rene is focused on identifying the talent and allocating capital needed to grow the firm to meet its long-term strategic growth plans across new industries. She continues to leverage her expertise in the Healthcare space to support our clients and partners. She brings extensive experience across revenue analysis, revenue recovery, contract and system compliance to many of her clients seeking to maximize and optimize revenue. Rene has conducted multiple compliance studies of clinics and hospital departments to assess their financial contribution and improve operational procedures. Rene has built and maintained great working relationships with providers and payors while operating as a key liaison between these parties. Rene also brings extensive experience with coding and testing of reimbursement systems.
