Vistrada’s client needed to provide our customer with tailored reports and dashboards incorporating their risk-scoring methodology. These tools were critical to the customer’s strategic program to better and more consistently manage their vendors’ life cycle and experience while mitigating risks to the company.
Vistrada designed and delivered a set of high-performance reports and dashboards to support the customer’s vendor risk management activities. Additionally, Vistrada enabled the client to deliver 9,000+ surveys to stakeholders supporting 1,000+ key vendors within an aggressive timeframe.

The Vistrada team worked with our client and customer to assess the available data and requirements for their desired reports and dashboards, including the defined risk-scoring methodology. Vistrada successfully met the client’s objective and generated a high volume of surveys requiring integration with multiple data sources. The team leveraged Tableau expertise and data architecture/integration capabilities to deliver various reports and dashboards that allowed the customer to view and access detailed vendor scorecards and comparative information in real time. The customer leveraged these deliverables to facilitate critical vendor meetings focused on performance optimization and risk reduction.
Challenge
Vistrada’s client, who offers a leading Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) technology platform to global organizations, was seeking to meet their customer's specific reporting and dashboarding needs, a global, Fortune 100 information technology and hardware provider. The customer required reports and dashboards that exceeded the capabilities of the platform’s out-of-the-box features and wanted to incorporate their own defined risk-scoring methodology into the outputs. Additionally, they were leveraging a separate application to generate and distribute surveys and capture survey results that had never previously been integrated with the TPRM application. This application required product enhancements to be made to accommodate the customer’s specific survey needs, which did not meet their timeline requirements for critical vendor meetings. These meetings were critical to the launch of their new vendor experience program, focused on improving their vendors’ effectiveness and performance to reduce risk. Vistrada was engaged to deliver a robust set of integrated, high-performance reports and dashboards, and to determine a creative solution for automating the creation and dissemination of 9,000+ surveys across 1,000 key vendors within an aggressive timeframe that the client deemed impossible for their team to accomplish.
