RAH built his career over 20 years at Accenture, advancing from technologist to Managing Director in rapid time. Early in his career, he led the team that created Accenture's desktop migration tool, which later became its broader infrastructure migration platform. He went on to lead the automation of more than 500,000 workloads to the cloud across multiple clients and industries. He also led Accenture's North America Digital Workplace practice and served as go-to-market lead for an $875M portfolio across 30 clients in the Northeast. As a client account lead, he built senior executive relationships and grew strategic accounts. In addition, he served as the executive delivery lead for the buildout of Accenture's flagship innovation hub at One Manhattan West. Most recently, he led large-scale infrastructure, managed services, and M365 programs for major enterprises in utilities, financial services, and insurance.
RAH has long championed technology workforce development, including helping launch an onshore delivery center in the Bronx. He is a graduate of Syracuse University's School of Information Studies (iSchool).
